Restoration 1 of South Sound did a great job on our upstairs master bedroom waterline break. Brandee took my call at 9:30pm on a Friday night and helped me access over the phone the situation with the leak. He had his crew out early the next morning, on a holiday weekend, cutting into the walls determining the source of the leak and starting the drying/remediation process. His crew was always hardworking, knowledgeable and did a great job from beginning to end! Not sure what I would have done without them. Well done Restoration 1!

I highly recommend this company! Each member of the crew was very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient. They were sensitive to my personal loss and handled my belongings as if they were their own. I greatly appreciated that they would take the time to explain what and why they were doing tasks.
